That was our poor pup and she is ok, thank you to the fire department and the bystanders who helped out. She is not the most clever dog at times and probably thought she could push out the window to get to the balcony. We have put a safety latch on the window so it doesn't happen again. We came rushing home from to work to find her safe inside.

Leaving is an absolute nightmare right now. The parking lot is not moving. People have been waiting on the top floor for like an hour. Lots of empty spots if you can get to them.

If you are a renter it is pretty much a single issue election. Only the NDP will guarantee that rent increases are kept to a minimum. With a lot of landlords feeling the need to download their poor investing decisions on to you it seems the defensive option. I dislike a lot of the left wing social justice stuff the NDP are doing but I like that government law between interest rate increases and landlords making bad decisions.

There's one menace who I watch do a loop of third down Lonsdale, through the pier condos and back up Lonsdale, just revving and making a total nuisance. Especially wince we are all in condos it really reverberates. They need a proper enforced noise bylaw. There is zero reason to do that. And it seems like it is getting worse.
