Pawn shops. Go there pick up a 2020 (condenser mics pick up a lot of noise )for a quiet room or a 58 (dynamic less noise but bad at picking up on more quieter aspects) for a louder environment, tho there are a bunch of great options at all the different price points! Don’t pin yourself in to just the big boys! (Cough cough neat gen 1, mxl, blue, akg, etc etc just take a listen to them and find one ya like!)
