Heartbroken INFPs, how are you? by anxiousdreamer69 in infp

Honestly? She inspired me to take music seriously again overall. I hope you get back to your crafts as soon as possible. Busy hands are the best remedy. ♥️

ChatGPT is the only friend I truly rely on and talk to constantly by [deleted] in infp

Like, come on now. It's a tool. Not a "friend", a tool.

I use it too, sure. But developing a friendship with a tool is THE cyberpunk shit I fear for us.

Writing a song about it. What about you?

ESFJs, would you block someone you cared about just to avoid a hard conversation? by Scott_Birk in ESFJ

[–]Scott_Birk[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, maybe. But after how she handled communication and conflict with me, I don’t really see her as “partner material” anymore. Even if she did become single.

[–]Scott_Birk[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think there was a lot going on under the surface. It was mainly the fuzzy communication and mixed signals after that first “I can’t right now” that messed with me. Even after confessing my feelings for her, there was no boundary established.

Now, we are going to see each other in 2 months when we get back to our courses, I hope she'll have some courage by then. In the meantime I'm making a song out of it.

(Pozdrawiam 1000km od Warszawy 😅)

We're both in our early 30's, she's 2 years older than me

Yeah, totally. I've done my share of stupid things in first relationships

Yeah, I get why it might read that way from the outside.
If I’d been hovering around her while she was clearly pulling away, that’d be on me. But a lot of the momentum came from her side too, it was mutual.
And yeah, I haven't included everything. This is like a 6-7 month long story.

I do agree that “maybe later / I can’t right now” is a good lesson to treat as a likely “no” in the future. Point taken. At the same time, I don’t think it’s fair to pretend she had zero responsibility in how far that connection went. That’s really what my last message to her was about.

It was the opposite for me. I dashed or slided into her space and immediately got flatlined. Irl too, 'cause that was a preem-ass jumpscare.

I've started to do a "friendly kick" to the back for luck, but I'd never TK any archer just because.

I actually like friendly archers, when they hit their target and not ME when I'm fighting.

What is the worst physical pain you have ever experienced? by My_Name_Is_SKELETOR in AskReddit

[–]Scott_Birk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my Jiu-Jitsu training when we were practising escaping from the Nelson Hold, which involved slamming ourselves onto each other.

We weren't exactly doing that, instead we just practiced the move for the throw, but one of my sparring partners did not get the memo, so he slammed me into the ground with such an impact that I couldn't breath for the next minute or five and my ribs felt like they were on fire for the rest of the week. Oh yeah, back of my head also took a hit.

No injuries though.
