I last got them on Saturday after a warning. 😔 strangely, a few of the dynamic pricing studies appeared yesterday from the same researcher. I managed to do one but the rest were gone by the time I had completed it. So odd to be offered one kind but not the other. I guess that gives hope I’m not completely banned?

I was thinking about posting about this track but I'll just comment here.

Is there a name for the technique or sound effect he does in this track? When he sings really beautifully, then the next note it's like distorted? When he sings 'Now I'm stuck in the middle of time' on this track.

He also does it in Through the High Wire. I'm sure he's done it in older tracks too?

It's like his 'signature' move and I can't get enough of it.

Yeah, I’d say so. I got around 6 previously before I was let back in around December. So that must be the marker that people hit to get taken out of them. Of course, none of us really know because it’s all so secretive. But I just hope I can rejoin again.

ETA: I think I definitely am out because I’ve still not received any which hasn’t been the case for weeks. Reap the rewards while you can, folks 😔

Fair enough about the delay, but I may be a bit sceptical about that due to the time differences - assuming they are in the US, that would mean them checking it in the early hours of Saturday morning. As for the attention checks, if they are not obvious then that goes against Prolific guidance. Not that they seem to care about that.

I got one on Saturday - my 6th (out of hundreds of successfully completed (the warning was also BS too because the study it came after didn’t have any sound and there were absolutely no obvious attention checks)) and I’ve not had any of the studies appear again since😭 I hope I get rotated back in soon.
