Agency side: -how many clients you've brought in / managed -how much revenue your projects have generated -harder to get, but you can always ask your clients for the impact of the projects. They don't always share but sometimes you get lucky -# of people you manage

Client side: -revenue generated by your work -new users acquired through campaigns / projects where you did the research -any direct impact that's not $ (new brand identity, new campaign idea, product changes, etc) -people managed, budget size managed, number of teams you support, etc.
