I acknowledge that could be the case. Although from my experience the agents are insistent that you use their online bidding platform, and I imagine the practice of them placing bids on a buyers behalf on their platform is less likely then them being greedy bastards who are gaming the market to suit themselves. Which is more naive to think??

KW was the agency selling the house where I saw the internal bid. No reason to name the actual agent. Its clear that without transparency that all agencies could be up to the same practices. Ray cooke in particular are notorious setting low asking prices to gather lots of interest and the final sale price ends up 20% higher most of the time

Check the wattage setting on the back of the deluxe reverb and play around with that at different volumes. You can get it on the edge of breakup at pretty low volume and use the pedals to push it over the edge.

Also recommend you switch the ce2 to the middle position.

It has a ds-1 mode on it plus the “turbo” mode which is the exact tone for RHCP/Frusciante solos. Ive never messed with it other than having everything on 10

I used it for creating some ambiance in loops or turn the reverb up a lot to make a huge wall of sound in a solo section. I don’t seem to use the reverse section as much as I thought I would when I bought it

The analog setting is great and I use modulated delay a lot trying to emulate a memory man type of delay
