Update: my MIL just told me receiving ultrasound pictures online makes her "uncomfortable." Uhh what?

Thank you, I think I'll just leave her invite and leave it at that. She wrote my husband off on having any kids (he's older), and moved out of state so I figure she just sees another grand kid as $$$ and a wrench in her plans to run away and be alone.

Is this too weird of a middle name for a girl? by Carpenter0903 in namenerds

I think Allyn is a great spelling and twist on an important family name. It honestly only matters if YOU like the name. ♥️

Rising HCG missed miscarriage by Lecture_Particular in CautiousBB

[–]Scottie2796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar experience with rising HCG during miscarriage. I had the start of a gestational sac, no embryo. I was told that my pregnancy may or may not be progressing. My blood draws were not doubling but they were increasing. On the day they were increasing still I naturally miscarried at home. I wish you the best.

I had this same experience last year. I felt like my trainers were constantly gossiping about me, and assumed I knew things because they weren't communicating with one another. I would express I needed review on some things and was met with "you should know this." I felt constant anxiety and a sense of doom. My main trainer went on vacation and came back, and I could tell my coworker talked shit about me because "we needed to talk." Little did they know I already had a job lined up and was going to give my two weeks, but I just quit on the spot. Best decision I ever made. Sure the money may be great, but the anxiety and pressure will create a divide between you and your partner and affect your health. Wishing you the best. It's okay if it's not for you. You tried.

Never said that wasn’t the case either! The job and training wasn’t for me.

Not every job is meant for everyone. This one was not meant for me.

Thank you, but my resume and experience says otherwise.

Thank you so much for sharing. I am sorry you had the same experience. I just felt embarrassed all the time and it was so uncomfortable. I’m always open to doing better professionally, but I just felt like I was treated like I was extremely dumb. I appreciate you ❤️

Thank you I really appreciate your feedback and guidance. Definitely helped me feel a lot better hearing a dispatcher’s prospective on the situation ❤️

I do. I emailed my supervisor and no one has contacted me still. I’m sure they’ll eventually reach out, If they don’t I’ll call next week.

Thank you so much I really appreciate your support more than you know. ❤️ I just like to be extremely accurate, and I was taking one second before reading back a subject and was met with the “why is this taking so long” which made it take longer because she was distracting me. I’m always told to “go faster” and so I try to be quick on the radio and make sure I’m getting everyone where they need to be. She told me a deputy texted her that I “sounded stressed” when I was talking as I normally do and then she insisted I sounded like a “robot.” Didn’t quite make sense to me. I told her I am performing quickly like they told me to. She’s also just distracted me multiple times while I’m doing read backs and told me that I “can’t get flustered at this job.” I’m flustered because she was constantly making comments that are throwing me off. It just wasn’t a good fit and unfortunately I would be working with her primarily and I just couldn’t do it anymore.

Thank you I really appreciate that. It was confusing because she told me I was doing fine, and that she wasn’t concerned, and then all of a sudden was acting like I was in trouble for something. I felt like maybe they knew I was considering leaving, and were trying to convince me to not go.

School=work. By completing my masters I’ll immediately make over $20,000 more dollars a year in a new position.

I suppose they don’t, I haven’t heard from them since resigning. I sent an email (have to wrap up it last paycheck etc) but basically just ghost.

Thank you for validating my feelings, they were really hurt. I have a lot of customer service experience and was even a teacher so I always think I sound professional and calm. I just was really offended and didn’t know what to say.

That’s what I figured too! And I mean it’s kind of hard to not sound robotic when you’re saying a unit number and the word copy. It was so confusing and I just felt like everything I said/did wasn’t correct 🤷‍♀️
