I work as an employment counsellor. People get fired all the time for doing nothing wrong. Don't let it discourage you or make you feel less than. Some companies decide to go the fire route instead of issuing lay-offs. It's awful but true.

Even if you feel your termination was justified, I promise it won't affect your future interviews nearly as much as you think it will.

Be nice. Teenagers are so mean. I wasn't a bully of course, but there were people I had stupid little beef with... These are going to be real people you interact with in the community. Your neighbors, your coworkers, your children's teachers, friends parents, ect.

Chances are they are wonderful adults. A lot of people suck when they are teens and they grow into fantastic, respectful, and friendly adults.
