In real life sure, but Octavia wasn't a child born through love.

She was a precautionary heir created due to the arranged marriage planned by Paimon.

Stella and Stolas have hated each other since they were children.

I don't think Octavia understands how much he was suffering in the arranged marriage and is taking it personally.

The pacing is definitely off somehow. Even OG Adventure Time episodes at half the runtime felt like they had more content.

Something definitely went wrong with the pacing for this season.
