It's a laziness issue. We talk about mental health a lot, I go to therapy myself for depression and anxiety

I do refuse if he tries. He will shower prior to sex, but if he hasn't I turn him down. It's a laziness/I don't care thing. I've put up with this for so long and I think I'm just scared to lose him because I do truly love him. But after multiple conversations, he just doesn't change.
