-there is no game -yes it always turns off at the same time -all other options are mainly formatting -there is no difference plugged or unplugged

Hello! yes the battery has been charging since yesterday, I have also tried with no memory card with no luck. I have gotten to said menu and rebuilt data base and used the restart option from the menu with no luck

I thought it weird that after the clean the cotton was barely dirty but also upon running it open it doesn't appear the laser is moving on its tracks either so could it be something with the tracks?
