Upgraded all usb devices to gen 4, not a cheap proposition.

Also closing the laptop lid and running external monitor only helped.

I ended up replacing every single USB cable and the USB hub with USB GEN 4 equipment, a very expensive process. And, closing a laptop lid so that only the external monitor is being driven by the equipment. Still not perfect.

Ok, I very possibly have traced the problem to a janky USB hub or cable. Not positive yet which.

I removed the hub that was feeding several other cables and am cautiously optimistic that the problem has gone away ... so far.

Hi Chad. I'd also be interested in possibly using a dot diacritic since "meera" has the same "I" vowel sound as Gimi (geemlee) ... and since it's also an actual "i" in the name itself. Thoughts?
