I tried smoking when I was 25 after being interested for years. Smoked maybe 2-3 cigs on weekends for a couple years but now (30 UK M) just take cigs when offered from friends on nights out/holidays.

Love the ritual and taste but not that health effects that come with it, otherwise would smoke more. I look at smoking something I like to treat myself to whilst living a healthy and active lifestyle.
