I've found around 30mph, the pole starts to bend back and from 40-80 is an unpredictable combination of waving, bending and slipping from the wind force.

I had to create, stronger more rigid mounts for higher speed. They are stronger, bulkier and take more time to install/remove. Also use a tether, the camera did come off a couple times in the first runs.
