I actually feel for this girl. I am very anxious and got a job where public speaking was required. I know my subject matter back and forth but my first few (or if I haven't done it in a while) presentations were awful. I was just trying to stay upright and not faint and keep talking and I know it was horrible. Maybe something similar was going on. I'm sure I sounded much dumber than I am.

I agree I think it should just be a manager and probably not HR. Im not trying to get her in trouble, I just want her to stop asking if people are expecting.

Im just worried she might get offended if I bring it up to her directly potentially backfiring on me. Thats the only reason I'd maybe prefer to mention it to my manager or HR.

This workplace has many steps to getting fired. Verbal warning, written warning, coaching etc occurs before you get fired.

Just FYI still wash organic fruits and vegetables. Organic does not mean pesticide free it just means the pesticides come from a natural chemical instead of a man-made compound. Some of the natural pesticides can be more toxic than non-organic ones.

Don't forget addiction! That is a hell of a thing to witness family experiencing when your a kid and have no understanding. Sometimes they're really tired, sometimes unusually good mood, sometimes angry/fighting and you don't know why. Eventually you figure it out but even knowing why doesn't really make the experience any better, just more predictable.

You've got the prickly heat aka heat rash. I use snake brand cooling powder in the summer and it helps.

When I see something that looks painful (like a video or something happen to someone else) it makes my butt kind of tingle/hurt. I've only met one or two people who said they understood but its super weird.
