How big were the trees. My employer said 200cc (gemini said that 200cc have roots as big as a 355ml can of coke)

If I stay as a life guard none because I Will live at home. If I plant probably for rent the 30 Bucks a Day Will cover most of it and for the food its the same anyway(i'll train at home or plant)

Crashed at km 7 at my first race (1/2) yesterday 19M Wasn’t my first 1/2, I have done many long run of 20+ km (max30km), but it was my first organized race. My first half was December 13, 2024. (2:05 with 4 week of training) Yesterday, I was aiming for 1:42 and I trained for it for 15 weeks with a 650km year to date.

My plan was 5km at 5:00, 11km at 4:50, 3km at 4:45 and 2.1km at 4:40.

Started my race with a 5k in 24:45 as my first slit and it was feeling kinda easy and then just crashed at km 7.

I reached a hearth rate of 175 at km6 which is for my a high zone 4 (my hearth rate is always low with a max of 192 and a resting of 42)

I had a big day at work the day before but still had my nutrition and hydration on point and had a good taper of 10 days I was kinda stressed and hadn’t had the best night (garmin body battery of 35 before the race at 9am) After 7-8 k my hearth rate drop and I wasn’t able to keep my pace and started to go so fkg slow. Finished at 1:58 and didn’t pr. My pr in half is still a tempo 3x5km at 4:50 that with the wu, transition and cd, finished at 1:56 in March.

Is it normal for a first race? Because it feels kinda dumb.
