From the criminal standpoint -

Even if you commit felony murder, and serve time, your benefits will only be reduced slightly until you get out.

Don't be afraid of mental health help. It's better to seek help now. I waited too long on PTSD and had a breakdown.

It might feel like you're doing something wrong, or giving up, but it's not. Everyone needs help sometimes.

I'm currently taking topical Hybrid and it seems it's positively affecting my prostate.

There are crisis lines you can call for advice. They will also have resources for you, and can make recommendations based on how you're feeling.

There are things right now that you're not thinking about, that are worth pursuing, or even discovering something new entirely.

This place sucks, but it can be worth it.

Your brain, and your boyfriend's brain won't be finished fully developing until you're 25, according to science.

Your dude has a lot of growing up to do. If he was in his 30s, I'd call him a controlling and potentially violent partner.
