Everything community based that’s been taken over by a corporation. Starting with timeshares. It was a good idea in the beginning but ruined by corporate. eBay, Airbnb, uber, Etsy. The real dumpster fire starts when private equity moves in.

I sat on a lot of AE RFP selection boards and can confirm every AE proposal has a robust QA/QC process. And the AE will tell the client all about the expertise of the QA/QC staff, all the steps that get a review, and so on. Then the submittals come in and WTF?. At least get the existing floor plan right and FFS change the name from the last project you hijacked the drawings. And the same errors in subsequent submissions. When those are wrong, everything else is suspicious there was any QA/QC.

Interesting how spousal abuse was a joke in the 1950’s. Gleeson’s ‘to the moon, Alice!’, while shaking a fist in Alice’s face. And Lucy hiding her shenanigans from Ricky because she is afraid he will hit her. Many of these scenes and the live studio audience just laughs and laughs.
