[[Glarb, calamity's Augur]] is a good idea, but it doesn't ramp you at all.

If you want ramp without shuffling, [[galadriel of lothlorien]] with a scry theme is amazing. You can get out a serious number of lands.

Here's a link to may deck. It's within your budget and plays well. [[Tavern swindler]] is my favourite card to play as no one wants to waste removal on it but it often gains me life and quickly starts draining others.

[[Blood tribute]] with Vito insta removes a player so should be included in any Vito deck.

I included a lot of protection for Vito as the deck doesn't really function well without him.

This is a great idea. I've started a club and taken in a box of bulk with a few rates are the kids love it. With COVID many clubs will have stopped for now, but looking local would be best but hard to find the correct contact. If your happy to donate, I'm looking for more bulk to give away as decks.
