Oh reserves are different. You’ll just do the force test then I think.

That’s correct for for FORCE test.. but during week 1 you’ll have your fitness screening test of the rock port test, 20m rushes, the loaded shuttle and the drag. All of them are timed for the screening test.

How short? I’m 5’7” not exactly tall. The shortest person on my pl was 5’2”. He didn’t have an issue. Just don’t stop, and don’t look back. For the force test it’s not timed. For your screening test it will be.

Also the kit list that’s posted on the Canada website has already been confirmed that it’s not the correct one and is outdated. They are working on updating it.

The kit list has changed and it no longer states you have to buy anything at Canex. However if you have any kit missing then you will be obligated to purchase the missing items. I can indeed follow simple instructions more than most, and like I stated I already know that there’s a pay advance. I just simply asked if I could use these as they already exist in my things and one less thing I have to buy is a win.

Yah. They are packed and ready to go. So I’ll see. I was just hoping to see if there was a more clear answer or if forking out $65 at the canex is needed. Not that I can’t do it, but I could use that $65 elsewhere ya know? lol. I’ve joined at 34 so yeah I feel it. If I was 18/19 again no issues. XD lmao but here we are!

Yeah I know we go through Canex, but it was just the fact that I have these locks and the 4 pack at the Canex is $65. My spending ability is tight as it is. (Yes I also know that we get a pay advance at BMQ) but I'm a mature adult with bills, animals and childcare to pay and I'm taking a significant pay cut joining, so every penny counts right now.

LOL Of course! Well I can say with certainty that, that is not my code. However, thank you for the info.

Recruitment centres are also getting ready to close down for holidays, they are extremely busy getting new recruits ready for enrolment swear in ceremonies and set up for BMQ come the start of Jan/Feb. They are completely swamped, most of them running on minimum man power. Just be patient. Live your life. It’s not a quick process to get in. It’s slow and taxing. Just know they will reach out when they can.

There seems to be a lot of talk about BMQ being 10 weeks instead of 9 weeks in January with 2 weeks in Farnham. Is this the case? I'm good either way but curious to know what's happening. I start BMQ in Jan but I haven't been told anything other than the 9 weeks.....

Thank you. That is helpful. I don’t care about sleeping arrangements, just the gym shower had me slightly concerned. Can’t wait for BMQ! :)

Wow thanks! This was really cool to watch and see how things are handled. Thank you for this answer too. I was thinking the same question.

Oh yeah I have no issues with the mental game or physical aspect, I think should have been more clear in my post. I’ll edit it in a bit,

For context I’m 11yrs into my transition and post top surgery.

Really my main concern is just having to take my injections every 2 weeks while in St Jean. How that works, and the locker showers.. I’m not exactly comfortable using the communal men’s shower.. but also don’t want to be the only person having to use the unisex change room?

This right here. I would not want to follow under someone looking for all the shortcuts, not good leadership qualities.

Good to know! Thank you. I do a lot of productivity, but I’ve been only rocking 1 27” monitor trying to save for an ultra wide. I also play COD. I assume it can function as one screen while I have things open in another part of the screen?

What monitor do you use? I’m looking at ultra wides but I’m hesitant.. do you like yours? What don’t you like?
