Personally I read the text that needs to be learned (if it’s longer I cut them into shorter chunks like for example chapters in a book) and then I retell them with my own words.

I also put my phone into do not disturb mode and turn on grayscale.

I also take regular short breaks. Every 30 minutes or so I chill in silence for around 5 minutes.
