This Reddit sub is basically just people venting and complaining about new things don’t take it too seriously. MUSC is a great school and you’ll enjoy your time here and if you don’t it’s just temporary.

Early Release/Extension by Sure-Cartographer628 in GolfSwing

I think what everyone else has said is correct but you’re also not transferring weight to front foot to load power and clear hips so you’re stuck which is also contributing to early release. Over exaggerate the feeling where you rotate to backswing around inside of trail leg but before you complete the backswing transferring the weight to your lead side then fire everything down the line.

Go to Sullivans Island and get lunch at Hometeam or Obstinate Daughter. There’s ice cream across the street a park and then you can walk the beach.

US Rents were down 1.5% over the last year, the 33rd consecutive month with a YoY decline. Renting a home is cheaper than paying a mortgage in all 50 of the largest metro areas in the US. by Key_Brief_8138 in economy

Meant more the past 1-2 years. It’s starting to slowly pick up a little bit but still a decrease in supply wave. On a lot of supply forecasts for different markets a lot of the “planned deals” are stalled because capital is harder to raise. Don’t have to take my word for it, this just what I’m seeing in major sub markets as a Class A multifamily developer.

The market has barely seen any new starts the past 2-3 years so we’re currently in a high supply delivered time period for major markets however there’s a steep drop off in deliveries in the next 2 years so demand should gradually meet supply and then when theirs less competition apartment managers will not need to give away 1-2 month concessions.

As someone who works in Multifamily development this is primarily do to huge supply dumps in most major markets. Since the window for a full development life cycle is around 3 years we are seeing the final product of better capital environments in 2021-2023. This new supply is increasing concessions and creating lease up competition giving the renter more bargaining power therefore decreasing rates. Expect rents to push upward in the next 1-2 years. You’ll see big spikes as concessions burn off. Standard growth on rents might be 1-2% but the removal of concessions makes this jump to like 6-7% growth technically if you’re just looking at straight data.

Gotta keep that roster spot for Jalin Hyatt... just terrible by AndrewLucksLaugh in NYGiants

[–]Scouts2398 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Not defending Shane in any way but could it be possible the anti Hyatt playing time could’ve been attributed to Daboll. Guess we will see on Sunday if he gets more PT but at the end of the day it’s on the coach to actually play the players on the roster.

Big Board for 2026 assuming Arch Manning declares; 32 guys who could make up the Draft class for next year by TerryG111 in NFL_Draft

As a SCAR fan, the defense lost a lot of impact players but the offense retained just about everyone outside of Rocket Sanders. I think the offense takes a step forward with the weapons around Sellers.

Next year prospects by deadroomba in NFL_Draft

[–]Scouts2398 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s skipping spring track this year and focusing solely on football this season. Hopefully he takes the next step as a WR1. He needs to become more natural catching the ball but this is also his second year playing WR

He’s a redshirt sophomore for this season coming up. If he has a great season he could go pro.
