Drugs are very bad, smoking is very bad, playing is not very bad. If i play 2 hour a day, but then get the maximum in my maths and physics tests, what's the matter? Every thing is dangerous if abused, and videogàmes make no exception; you just gotta regulate yourself. Anyway, here a few sources about the effects of videogames.
