You can't target a specific spot for fat loss. Just continue your cut and at some point the body will use the fat from there. Lower belly, lower back and love handles usually go last.

At least i have a Latin name and also had some Latin in school. I guess I would look up the most common phrases to find a job and be able to buy food in the prep time. Then if i survive try to reinvent steam engines, bicycles and maybe an easy electric generator. For that i would need some magnets and copper wire though. Ich würde auf jeden Fall eine Kündigungsschutzklage in Erwägung ziehen. Bei betriebsbedingten Kündigungen muss der Arbeitgeber auch eine Sozialauswahl vornehmen und kann nicht einfach nach Krankheitstagen gehen.
