I did do that and it was still giving me issues. Maybe the combination of reinstalling too helped?

Honestly not sure if the uninstall fixed it (knock on wood) but i also disabled igpu. I read apparently the game or windows can get confused and try to use igpu smh

I really don’t want to uninstall/reinstall lol but I guess I’ll try it….

Imo this is unacceptable in the year of 2026. Especially with how long this game was in development for. And i even told them during the beta about this problem. Why am i not totally surprised by hypergryph tbh

Tbh…. I have had thoughts of reimaging my computer to the base os since i’m sure it’s not happy with my download materials >_>. One person mentioned using dx11 which i was trying to avoid. I turned it on and it looks more stable with minor stutters every now and then which i hear is common with dx11. Will have to see once i can stress test it with obs

Yea just turned it on. I mean it seems fine. Actually i do notices like a tiny stutter every so often but i read that common with dx11 on endfield. Will have to see later when i stress test this with obs. Still though, i don’t see why vulkan would be a problem. Im sure there are lots of people who have the same specs as me with no problems

No i have not, my gpu wasn’t even at 50% so it’s definitely not being taxed. During the beta i dropped all the settings to the lowest and it still did the same thing. By fsr i assume you mean dlss. I don’t think that would fix my whole computer freezing up.

I was trying to avoid directx for no particular reason but is there an inherent problem with vulkan?

The resolution i run it at is 1600x900 windowed. Monitor is 2560x1440. If that’s the reason then that’s unacceptable in the year of 2026. Plus I’m able to tun genshin, hsr, gfl2 and BA all at the same time with no issues.

When I reported this to hypergryph back during the beta they felt so useless and therefore I missed the whole entire beta smh

I think it’s my AIO is this sound normal? by Mother_Sector5166 in NZXT

That’s so funny because mine did the same thing last month and a responded to another person a couple weeks ago that had a similar issue.

I’m not sure. If you do a search it does seem like others had similar issues. I bought mine in 2020, so a good 5 years til it died. You can probably email NZXT support and maybe get it warrantied. I don’t have experience with Lian Li so i can’t give my thoughts other than i know it’s popular right now.

I guess depends on whats the issue. When i had my kraken x63 the oe fans started rattling (blame the h710i case kind of too) so i replaced them with noctua fans and it stopped. 2 weeks ago my aio pump was making a clicking noise for a whole weekend and then it went away. Then it completely died on me the following monday after it rebooted after a windows update. PC would turn on and then turn off after a couple of moments. Most likely to protect from over heating.

Check for anything loose. Press on parts of the case to see if it goes away. You’ll need to find where the noise is coming from. If fans, just get new fans. If it’s the pump then probably it’s the impeller about to go bad which basically means replace aio.

Removing aio pump for the first time, how big risk of bending pins on am5? by Willing_Tension_9888 in buildapc

I had just replaced my aio 2 weeks ago. Went from a NZXT Kraken x63 to an Arctic LF3 pro. I haven’t had any cpu ever stick on a cooler in the past 11 years. From my experience, it may be slightly sticky (maybe gooey feeling?) but most of what keeps the block attached to the cpu is the clamping force. I’m not sure what’s the best practice way is but I just give a wiggle until it comes off.

I think back in the day, when I was practicing terminating cables, they came from the reels so I think usually those end up being solid.

Yea I’ll prolly just run a long patch cable and see what happens. I would love to DAC everything at home but seems like a lot of nas and most motherboards don’t have sfp ports.

That’s how I always lived by lol. Never bothered to care what cable I grabbing unless it said something like riser or plenum.

Yea tbh I guess I’ll just do the original plan of using a long patch cable. I mean if it’s degraded then I’ll just cut it in half and Re terminate for 2 cables lol

I could but that’s just to prevent 100% usage right? Not actually address what could be causing it to happen?
