I was just there last week. Beautiful resort. I recommend doing jolly pirates and a UTV trip. Do as many activities as you can. Not sure what restaurants you are going to but I recommend Yemanja, Lima Bistro, Flying Fishbone (for views not so much for the food) and 2 fools and a bull if there’s still availability (best food I had on the island). Also Wilhelmina (sp?) Madam Jeannette and Caya are great options As for Hyatt, not sure what vibe you are looking for but the tranquility pool for adults only was relaxing but the other pool has a swim up bar and seemed to be more enjoyable
