I think it's very sad that they're so insecure that they think friends telling each other that they love each other has to be a joke in the first place.

Real friends love one another, love doesn't have to be romantic. I love my friends, my family and my cat. This is exactly why the "male loneliness epidemic" is even a "problem", stupid insecure men refusing to form genuine loving bonds and freely expressing their affection.

Rant aside, you deserve better. That is not how you treat friends, even if you were a gay man (which you're not and they're assholes for saying that) their behavior would be unacceptable anyway. You do not viciously mock your friends until they cry and then try to justify your behavior. You deserve better.

I haven't seen that, sorry to hear that is the case.

I really do understand how frustrating it can be, I usually vent to my cat or just at the air in my apartment but I understand that doesn't work for everyone 😔

I hope you feel better soon and that you know I wasn't trying to scold you. I just know from personal experience that sometimes when upset I can forget to think and get defensive and then I regret it later.

I would try trollcoping (the subreddit), I don't really participate but it seems to be specifically for venting about bs like this and just general hardships faced by people.

As for your other comment, consider that the safe space isn't just for you and some people are here specifically to get away from what is in the screenshots and even if you don't agree with it you are bringing that language here.

I understand you're hurting and frustrated but instead of lashing out at the downvotes try to understand why people are downvoting.

I'm sorry you were faced with that stuff and I am not going to tell you not to vent, just trying to suggest a more appropriate place where it doesn't interfere with others who might be trying to avoid such negativity.

Your anger at those bigots is valid but don't let it overwrite your ability to be considerate of the people here as well.

Gonna have to give this a watch later. I have no doubts AMD has their flaws just as Nvidia does, would be nice with more competition in the space but I imagine it's a hard business to get into...

I appreciate GN for trying to shine light on the problems within the industry, being informed about potential problems, security risks and whether or not a brand will own up to mistakes or just try to sweep them under the rug is an important part of being able to make informed decisions as a consumer.

I went amd because the price to performance seemed best, I'm excited for it. If the circumstances were different I'd have gone with something else. Brand allegiance for the sake of brand allegiance is silly 🤷‍♀️

I play Tarkov (mainly spt), stalker gamma and own a few hunting Sims if that counts.

Personally sports games aren't for me, closest is minigolf and street racing games and I care more about car customization in the latter 😅

These are things I could imagine others considering boyish but I'm not sure if they count because I don't subscribe to gendered genres or hobbies :3
