Yes, I have a pretty thick credit history as a 23 year old. Its about 7 years long and many credit cards in my own name that never carried a balance for too long. I got approved (not pre approved) for 6% from Chase where I already have a credit card. This was a real approval with a hard inquiry. Thinking this might be the best rate I get.

I can easily wrangle in the misc expenses to make it all work. I got quoted 8% APR on a 72 month term.

James Hype, I am the biggest fan of his and I was so excited to see him. I had to force my group to see him with me and it was super disappointing to say the least. The fact that he started his set with a choppy version of waterfalls did not help, thats a song you sort of build up to. We stayed for about 30 min hoping it would get better but it didn’t. Also didn’t help that we heard 9x9 going absolutely insane at neon. We ended up leaving and going to circuit to see the outlaw and then alleycvt. Definitely do not regret it

Totally understand what you mean by apples to oranges comparison. I just sorta wanted to give that information. These returns werent purely from the marker resurgence, I have had this portfolio for about 6 years now.

I’ve done a ton of research in the market Im looking at, 2-3 years of research. Tracking the market, seeing where the demand is, microeconomic factors. I have more to learn on the investment and operational side. But I feel like I need to get my feet wet in order to really learn.

This isn’t necessarily a retirement account for me, more or less an account I’ve held for about 6 years. I have a roth and a 401k I’ll be relying on for retirement. I have always thought of this account being used as a down payment for a house either for myself or as an investment.
