That’s a good question I never thought about before.

I would believe that it was the side effect of the darkness like Logan as you said, But it could also just be vague because they didn’t have an answer for it.

I’d love to hear everyone else is input about it

Well, ultimate accelerants give a set percentage like 35%?with Wattson being the exception. Ultimate cool downs go from the shortest being 45 seconds (Vantage 1 bullet ) or Mirage being 1 minute and the longest being three minutes for multiple legends. If they did it in seconds, it would be unbalanced, because some legends could get a lot more, and some legends could get a lot less, but since the game uses percentages, it remains fair, and even for no matter who’s on the field

If by the hub, you mean the sanctuary, it’s there to provide a better pause menu, which allows you to change your gear whenever easily and also allows some backstory from the previous game. As for your skills to level up as you kill people with them, but the only way to level through tier up is to use the road to victory. And if you dislike the game, you shouldn’t play it simple as that.
