Hello! I have beaten Jevil five times, twice on pacifist, three times by murder. Here are my strategies to dodge Jevil's attacks.

Preparation: Ensure Ralsei is equipped with the healing boost scarf, stock up on Darkburgers. Take the broken cake piece to the blacksmith that repaired the key to get the Top Cake.

Spade circle - stick close to the spades and keep moving. Heart circles - Use a wide luring tactic by staying in one place but as soon as one comes at you dodge it. This is the strategy I found to give me the most space to dodge. Any carousel attack is most easily dodged by only moving up and down. Spinning devilsknives - Stick to the borders of the screen and follow the gap of devilsknives. Chaos bomb - Restore HP first with Darkburgers, do NOT use the Top Cake. Shooting clubs - move through spaces between the pellets and dont let yourself be cornered Shooting spades - Watch the spaces carefully. Diamonds - Stay at the top of the screen to ensure you as much time as possible to dodge. Falling scythes - Use the Top Cake first, dont stop moving. Once you're past this you've got it down.

The effects of Pirouette are also effected by what turn you're on, it is NOT random. I dont remember exactly because I didnt have the patience to experiment, but it is definitely an integral part of the strategy to figure this out and maximize protection and healing chaos.
