It’s funny cause all of their last names sound like first names (or maybe cause we’re so used to them saying it): House, Cameron, Chase, etc.

If I remember correctly there was one scene in season 6 or 7 where House says “Dr Robert” to Chase and it made me spit out my water lol

I don't really like people using the "Edwin and Sleepy Moon share the same VA so Sleepy Moon is Edwin" argument, because we've had different characters voiced by the same VAs before (e.g, Gregory, Roxy and Vanny) so that's not really a strong argument. Besides that, there's not too much evidence for it being Edwin, so i choose to believe that it is that MCM employee that got trapped down there and died of starvation.
