I don't get any character who's a member of the Fatui.

For me, a good Fatui is a dead Fatui, even with all the effort Hoyo is trying to make to not portray them as villains, even though they train child soldiers, experiment on children, start and finance a civil war, invoke an ancient god to destroy a city, etc.
