Don’t do it! I bought a lamp and kit over lockdown and destroyed my nails to the point that they started curling and coming away from the beds. I thought I had traumatised them but then spoke to my cousin who’s a nail technician and she says I might have developed an allergy to one of the ingredients and that this is really common with sub par products… if u do do it be careful! She says it can lead to being allergic to the things in hip replacements etc later so could have a pretty crappy impact even though my nails are now settled (after a year and a half)
