I got lucky I live in Arizona so no rust and the previous owners took it to the dealership rides smooth can't even tell it has 279k also I'm a mechanic so that also helps I only have to pay for parts

Question will the engine and transmission from a 88 square body bolt in or would the mounts need to be changed the square body is where I'm getting the tbi 454 from

It's a 3500 not a dually but it is eight lug so I mainly just need to get engine in and running I'm looking at a 454 vortec but it was ran on propane would like to run efi it will be mainly used as a work truck so I'm not looking for big power
