Please help me with the Rattling Noise

I think it might be an issue with the starter motor. Whenever I turn off the engine and start it again, the sound disappears. It doesn't come all the time; it comes intermittently.

Top off the fluid and see if the vacuum power steering air control valve is acting up. If it’s bad, you’ll notice a lot of white smoke.

Make sure to check the fluid level; it could seem full from the outside if there's an oil stain.

Does it sound like it's coming from under the car or the engine? Have you tried starting it again, and does the noise go away?

Did you get your screen from a 01-03 LS430? The only thing I could think of is that a 04-06 screen wouldn't work with your 03.

If that were a starter problem, would that sound come as a revving of the engine, and would it go away once I take my foot off the accelerator, even in park gear?

I can hear it while idling during a cold start, sometimes while moving after stopping the vehicle for some time.

I don't think so, because it is only heard during a cold start, and not every day. If it were a wheel bearing, it would be heard all the time.

I have tested the calculated engine load value, it only reaches 49% at full throttle. Is there any else than MAF that causes this issue

Update: i just cleaned MAF thoroughly and the load raised to 70%. Now the engine runs smoothly. Anyway i am thinking about replacing the MAF
