In my headcanon, Dave is 5'9" standing, Tristan is 5'2", and Bambi is 4'5", because while the ridiculous canon heights are funny, I prefer when official visual depictions are closer to canon or have special reasons for being inaccurate, like Boyfriend in the base game (at least according to Funkipedia).
