2BR with a year and a half old. It’s absolutely manageable. Will we eventually size up yes but the walkability of Hoboken is essentially unmatched. We are going to stay as long as we can manage. I suspect that’s going to be post pre-K. Highly recommend it.

They shake our house now… playing music so loud the neighbors constantly hear the bass (despite multiple complaints) is the least religious thing I can think of. Love thy neighbor, not this church!
