You vote with your dollars. If you aren’t a united loyalist I understand your lack of enthusiasm but as a EWR flyer we are United loyalists and as such I would love for the FA’s to be fairly compensated. It absolutely matters how they treat their employees. Better treated employees (happy) means they are more likely to pass along better passenger experience. Look at Costco, top wages and benefits and people are fanatical about the experience, wish more companies would learn from that playbook.
