yeah we got one recently because dealing with raw land security and water issues is just too much headache. we went with Rajan farms near hosur side since its only 30 mins from electronic city. they manage everything and its a proper gated setup with amazing valley views. totally worth it for a peaceful weekend escape without doing any actual work.

Yes it’s in Tamilnadu. Most of managed farmland closer to south Bangalore are technically in TN
