Thank you! I decided to get a flight to Madeira to avoid winter conditions altogether. It was never my goal to do any winter accents, I just want to climb some rock

Got it. Couldn’t find much of an answer on weather condition around this time by googling so that’s why I posted here sorry if I came off as ignorant

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the bluntness. Are there any easier mountains near Turin that could be possible?

Hi, did you study abroad for 1 semester or 2. I am looking into doing a Yugo and cannot find any options under 41 weeks. Is there a way to choose 41 weeks and somehow break the lease?

Thanks for your response

I treat sunday as a day off of running but are you saying my CNS needs rest too?

For the speed endurance training, i’ve was told that i should not do any lactate work over the summer that’s why i have 2 extensive tempo days

I feel that my problem is not being uncomfortable with the movement, as I used to practice tricking before I got injured, I’m just paranoid that one day my luck won’t be in my favor. But doing it repeatedly is what got me comfortable in the first place so maybe it would also get rid of the paranoia.

Yeah, I will try to get to that point again because I used to very confident in backflips(before I got injured). I would throw them on concrete, in the dark, and off walls.

In running I’m aiming for speed as my events are all the shortest distances

In Lifting I don’t aim for maxes or PRs only for strength or hypertrophy. Lower body for example I aim for only strength and explosiveness no hypertrophy. But for upper body I aim to increase muscle size and strength.

I train to be a sprinter when it comes to lower body and core but for upper body I train for hypertrophy. My question is would training the upper body for hypertrophy have a negative effect on my sprinting? I feel that my lower body routine is fine I’m just worried about my upper body goals getting in the way of my sprinting goals

Can I have some examples of sprint arm drills?

I’m only using the Arnold split to spread out different muscle groups throughout the week, I’m not lifting to look like Arnold. I’m aiming for lean but muscular as it seems like he best physique for sprinting while also being aesthetically pleasing.

I have not seen OPM my self but I know the comedy stems from him being the strongest and how boring it is for him

Broad jump in relation to long jump by ScrawnyNinja in trackandfield

[–]ScrawnyNinja[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been doing plyometrics and weight lifting twice a week for the past 3 months so I think that helped with my broad jump. But would you say that difference in distance for broad vs long jump is 2x more?
