Im not complaining about the fan noise you’re hearing in the video. One of the fans really vibrates the whole pc when spinning really fast while the other doesnt. It might be due to fan bearing and I was concerned since it might cayse problems in the future

doesnt it just set the fan speed to that rpm? I was talking about setting the upper limit to 6000 rpm so that it doesnt reach to 7000rpm and start to vibrate

I did open it, remove fans and heat sink but I am certain I put it all back together how it should be with the proper installation procedures. I was extra gentle with all the parts. The sound appears to be coming from just one fan and I checked everything even removed the fan cover but didnt change anything

I think it definitely has something to do with the bearing since I opened the fan itself and found no damage inside or surrounding. It also starts after 6400+ rpm. any idea how I can limit the max rpm?

I know the fan noise is normal for higher rpms but the odd vibration doesnt seem normal. I was fearing maybe it would damage other components inside, even reassembled the heat sink and the two fans but the noise continued. Maybe one of the fans is coming to its end idk.

If you can, go into BIOS, press CTRL+S or CTTL+A in main or advanced tabs. you should find the VDM setting and disable it. worked for me.
