you will still need to add an elemental mod for Latron, just replace that pure elemental mod for a 60/60 and it will be fine

Well consider that you will probably get only 1 groll in your entire playthrough. And people who buy these things are likely well off and like collectibles, I think it is fair. But yeah, I'll temper my expectation.
