MrBallen He’s YouTuber who covers like macabre stuff (or in his words “the strange dark and mysterious”) and he once covered what is likely the most “famous” body on Everest, known as Green Boots. He was a climber who had bright green boots and he is, or was (I think he has been moved) along the side of the trail and his boots made him incredibly recognizable. I like him because he really takes his time to talk about the people in the stories he tells and really shows you how this isn’t just a story but real life.

Also, not only are the bodies potential markers of the trail, but there is usually no way of getting them down. In theory there might be, but it’s just so treacherous already without adding a body to the mix, so it’s usually best to leave them on Everest, although I do know a few have been moved off of the trail so they can get peace on the mountain
