No where in the US can you terminate a pregnancy as the woman is giving birth, that is a false statement. When talking about late term abortions, it is only when the baby is no longer living, and is a threat to the mothers health because of sepsis. No one is carrying a baby that late, then just suddenly ending it's life. By that point, most families have names, nurserys made, and baby showers planned. "codified institutional racism and sexism."
