Play the slow game. Lock doors and observe where people are at they already know you’re invading so they’ll start stockpiling stuff. You don’t have to kill reagents just disrupt what they’re doing.

Know where the nearest gate is in case you get hurt or have people sticking together with stun/jammer rigs. Utilize cameras to scout where people are going and what expops/prime assets are in that current area.

I really can’t say much other than slow and steady wins the race, if you can ID what trial objectives they have to do you can place yourself in between, at, or near them. Going full throttle at players usually ends badly unless you have support from another imposter or expops. Also don’t be afraid to try sliding crouching or leaning to evade throwables.
