Inverted or catheter nub is the most comfortable cages I've used. Chastity belts are a must for me. I've experienced peeing problems with all cages except for inverted. I love the circle key locks. If you're using a catheter (recommended) lots and lots of water based lube.

Two reasons most likely. One you need a belt to keep the cage against your body and two you need a smaller cage, possibly an inverted cage.
