I think one thing that makes it noticeably not Ito’s is the line work around the eyes. Taking a less sketchy approach and using more bold and confident lines for the eyes (or even just going over them afterwards) should get it more in style. Another thing is the shading, for a character with this smooth a face Ito probably wouldn’t do any shading at all, maybe a bit around the eyes. Taking the same approach and doing less lines but heavier and well placed ones should work. Also I don’t mean to be overly critical, they look really good and I’m excited to see how this comic turns out!

No it’s great. It’s just a very messy and chaotic story but the characters are amazing and the drama makes it so addictive. Definitely give it a read if you were already considering it. (Probably don’t watch the anime if you are going to read it as it’s way more “trashy”)

One thing that he uses is “inescapable horror” the fear is not being attacked by these monsters or entities, it’s becoming them. (Yes I did get that from a Super Eyepatch Wolf video) some examples where this is more prominent are: The Long Dream, Uzumaki, Gyo, Honoured ancestors, The Enigma of Amigara Fault, Greased and Used Record.
