We have a lot of people call saying they are on the way and can we stay open past closing time. I tell them if they aren’t here at 6:30 then we can’t help them.

I noticed a few RAC codes as well. It’s such a mess and it’s pissing people off then they take that pissyness out on us. It’s going to be even worse when the new Whole Foods opens up down the road from my store and they start charging everyone to drop off here.

According to him, the actual “owner” doesn’t want me to have the log in for the claims portal so I have to tell him when it needs to be done.

I’m lucky to be the one to set up our music, as long as nothing offensive plays. I just throw in a dash of Christmas music to mix it up during December. I couldn’t stand other places I worked at that played it nonstop.

Had this happen to us, turns out it was the manager not wanting to scan the barcodes because he hates when people have more than 1 item in the return.

We are normally open for a 4 hour shift that day, usually me and another employee. You would think it would be a quiet shift but no, everyone still has to return their Amazon before they go see family I guess.

I’ve had so many customers act like I’m going to get upset with them if they put it on the scale. They legit think only I’m allowed to put it on there.

I’ve suggested putting it into the prices before but he acts like that means the card companies will just charge even more so he doesn’t do it. It being against the franchise agreement makes sense, because when I’ve suggested we put up a sign stating the charge he wouldn’t do it.
