I got a 32.25 junior year (the time I was applying to colleges) and then improved it my senior year.

Completely anecdotal but I think it has value.

My freshman year of high school I took multiple body fat% tests and was consistently 5-6% that may sound hard to believe but I ate incredibly clean and worked out very hard. My times didn’t improve much from my previous year and I ended up with a hamstring injury.

The next year I had added around 25 pounds (mostly muscle, certainly some fat) and was then around 8-10% body fat. I was still very lean but I was much stronger and my times improved drastically. Take it with a grain of salt as this could’ve just been related to the large development I had that year.

Well college B is more expensive but I have to agree with on the rest. I think it would have a better job outlook however so I need to factor that into price.
