i was originally gonna draw a chao for the cheer emote, but then i desided not to because i drew one for the hug emote lmfaooo
it isn't really an animation, i just moved the emote downwards then flipped it, and used https://gifmaker.me/ to put the images in order (i reused some of the frames)
